Ashley was born and raised in East Tennessee. She graduate from Campbell County High School then pursued a degree in Political Science and Psychology at East Tennessee State University. After college, she moved back to this area to attend Lincoln Memorial University-Duncan School of Law. She and her husband are proud to call Campbell County home. Ashley enjoys serving the people of her hometown and the surrounding counties.
